The Day I Was Back Home
I’m home. Day surgery my arse - I went in at 11am on Thursday and was only released this morning. And only then cos I cried when they said they thought that I needed to stay in for another day.
I can barely sit up so this won’t be long - just wanted you to know that I’m home. There were complications - big complications - but for now I’m home and that’s all that I care about. They managed to repair the ovary, which is amazing, but those big complications I mentioned may mean it’s all a bit of a moot point anyway. But I’ll explain more when I can spend more time at my computer.
Thanks for the emails, the texts, and particularly to Claire for her lovely and unexpected gifts!

Hey Vixx, haven’t been here in a while, read this entry and somehow realized how out-of-touch I’ve been with regard to your entries. Only after I’ve looked through some of your previous entries did I realize what’s been going on.
Anyway, here’s a big hug for you. And wishing you a speedy recovery meanwhile. (:
-Hugs.

Oh Vixx, I’ve only just got up to this entry on my LJ friends page (that’s how far behind I am!) and I’m so sorry things didn’t go according to plan. How are things now???
