The Bit About iKana
I have eight days left - that’s eight days of panicking, sweating and cramming - until I sit my first two Japanese GCSE papers. WHY OH WHY did I not know that this program existed before today?! ARRRGH!

Holy poop iKana looks sweet! Well, considering you have eight days left - you could still try cramming with the aid of iKana!
What made you want to take GCSE Japanese? Curiousity to see, I’m sure it will kill me one day!
I wish there was a program like iKana for learning (Chinese) Mandarin! I would be grabbing that at first sight! :-D
Good luck with your exams if I forget to say so sooner!

Best of luck - looks like we have exams on the same day ;) (I have to write a story deemed fit for “publication” in a literary magazine and I haven’t even got past the vague outline! Arg!)
Still, we must think positive…
You can do it, V! *squish*

Emz - God knows. I want to say something more involved than ‘it would be cool’ but . . . well, I can’t. :p
Claire - Good luck, lovely! *squishes back*

“Curiousity to see…”
Cries, screams, runs… and hides. Should so totally be ‘Curiousity you see…’ Why the hell can’t I type sometimes?! BAH! :-(
Well I have to say, your reply so totally didn’t satisfy my curiousity! You are going to have to do better than that!
Maybe you love anime? Manga? All that other weird Japanese stuff Westerners drink up wholeheartedly. I for one, have never been taken by it. But I’m so weird it’s off the scale, if one exists of course!
*hopes typing is correct this time round*

Tis okay. I knew what you meant! (And it’s curiosity!!)
Nope - not even REMOTELY interested in Manga or Anime, Pocky or any of those stupid Western obsessions. Just think it’s a beautiful language and would look good on my CV . . .

I was never any good at maths (and I used to work in a bookies, the customers must have loved me) - but I believe your exam is on Friday? I’ll be going on holiday then, so I just wanted to wish you luck. And Claire also because she has an exam.
I was never really fond of exams myself, much preferred the learning.

See, now that’s a good reason! :-D I too, think it’s a rather beautiful language, although Mandarin tops it just slightly!
I thought it was curiosity! Bah, I couldn’t decide. I looked on dictionary.com which gave curiosity, but a google search provided enough results with it the cack-handed way for me to think I could get away with it! D’oh, my mental dictionary has been updated!
