The Bit About the Broken Feed
I think that my RSS feed is broken.
I didn’t do it. Honest.
I’d fix it but . . . wtf? I don’t even know how it’s broken. Can anyone smarter than I am (i.e. everyone) help me figure this out? It seems to have stalled sometime between 24th April and 27th April - which I think is post my 2.5 update, but potentially pre-2.5.1.
Also realised today that, despite fixing it twice, my library’s gone tits up, too.
I need a drink. 1.30pm isn’t too early, right?
Edit: Okay, so TC has helped me grapple with this, and we’ve made some tentative changes that I hope have fixed the issue.
If people continue to have a problems then please get in touch. However . . . well, if you’re one of people having problems then you won’t be able to see this post, will you?
Edit #2: Teesee and I think we’ve fixed the issue and have now redirected the old broken feed to the spangly new one. I’d appreciate it if readers using RSS could let me know if they’re still having problems.

I didn’t ignore you! Honestly! You were the first to give me the head’s up, and from then on I’ve been trying to figure out what was wrong!

Your feed works fine for me… Have you fixed it?
I’m seeing all entries up until 24th April (so the last 5 or so). If that’s what you’re getting as well, are you sure you haven’t just limited the feed to 5 entries or something?

But there’s been four entries since 24/4, Amelie, and it’s those that are missing. :)
Tracy’s kindly figured it a workaround. I need to rewrite my .htaccess to keep existing subscribers updated and then - hopefully - I’m done!

I didn’t until this time last year, but I currently subscribe to 102 feeds and getting all of those visits done inside a tidy amount of time was getting stupid. :p
Plus it means I can keep up with my favourite reads from one handy interface in work!
Don’t worry though - I still visit in person, too!

There’s no new posts from you showing up on Bloglines :( Though I didn’t actually know that until I made a point of checking there, cos normally I visit here in person too, haha.

Your feed suddenly stopped working for me about a week ago (I use Bloglines), but I didn’t notice because I read your updates at livejournal and didn’t really make the connection until I saw this post.
Sadly, everything I know about feeds could be written on the back of a matchbox so I’m unable to help, but if you need someone to check if they’re working again on bloglines let me know!

I’m late to the party so yeah, obviously it’s all working for me :)
I have five entries from you in my Google Reader.
I had heard that 2.5.1 has a bug regarding RSS feeds and permalinks. I just did my upgrade to 2.5.1 yesterday and I had two entries from myself (subscribed ’cause of this lol) so you can let me know if I disappear, haha, and what you did to fix it. :)
