The Day With 2009 (7)

Have flu and a rotten chest infection which has rudely – and quite unusually, actually – inflamed my usually inconsequential asthma. Thanks, 2009 – this is an awesome start.

This has made me late in wishing everyone a happy new year, but I hope you know that that by no means waters down my good wishes. Hope you rang in the new year in whatever style floats your boat. I know I did!

   Feel better soon!

   I swear, so many are sick right now. Man, we were sick over Christmas and New Years!

   Hope yours goes away soon! And don’t let it get to you. Slow start or not, your year is gonna rock.

   Seems like the world and his wife have chest infections at the moment. It’s a rotten start to 2009, but it can only get better :)

   I know. :( Am SO ANGRY I’m ill as my contract is up for renewal in June and I’m terrified that a bad sick record over the last 6 mts (this is the second time I’ve had Bronchitis and my gallstones occasionally keep me off too) will be a problem. :(

   Urf, most people I know are not having a good beginning to 2009 at all. Here’s hoping it only goes up from here though!

   My start of 2009 has been pretty bad too. :(

   Asthma really sucks – I’m currently on medication again because mine is acting up all over again as well.

   Yeah, my asthma’s usually fine, but I’ve been so ill over the last month or so. It’s surprised me.
