The Day it was Child’s Play

Added at 9:41pm and filed under Geek Speak, gaming

No, I’m not talking about the film with the scary-ass talking doll.

Add an extra gift to your list this year and give whatever you can to Penny Arcade’s Child’s Play charity, a game industry charity dedicated to improving the lives of children with toys and games in over 60 hospitals worldwide.

Personally I’ve donated cash, but you can donate anything that hospitalised children would appreciate, including arts and crafts, toys, DVDs and – of course – age-appropriate games and consoles. (Visit the FAQ for a full list of what can and cannot be donated!) They’re trying to smash the magnificent $1.4m they managed to raise last year, so please – let’s help them do it.

No I haven’t been on Twitter for my personal site in a little while. (Keep forgetting to log out of my fansite twitter account)
